Actions for the Day – 1. Commit to sticking to the Actions of the day, as many lay a foundation for later steps. 2. Write it down or pop it straight in as a 'To Do' task in your phone if you need to.

Handy Tip - Involve your team, give yourselves each a goal to achieve before the start of the next meeting. Start each meeting with an update of your progress and whether you reached that goal. Keep each other motivated and keep that momentum going.
