We stagger 15 to 30 minute individual appraisal meetings around client appointments to ensure training and council is provided to address every area of their overall performance to promote them through the salon ranks.

Staff Committing to a Monthly Management Meeting with us for either yourself or for management teams who are taking on new roles or have changed responsibilities resulting from amending how your business operations and systems have developed will be a big advantage in optimising the most valuable resource of time by making sure all the work effort that is put into running the salon is effective and efficient. We recommend allocating these meetings if you want to benefit from additional visits to your review periods, either in salon or a convenient nearby meeting point to discuss, plan and monitor any general management issues you have on your mind arising between contact with us.
