Nexus Revolution's The Journey promotion: August to November 2011

Hairdressing Council State Registered Members

Please ensure you read the Terms & Conditions before taking part in this promotion.
1. RESTRICTIONS
a. Open to existing Hairdressing Council state registered member salon owners within mainland England, Scotland and Wales, aged 18 years or over.
b. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, its agents, existing Nexus Revolution clients or anyone professionally connected with the promotion may not participate.
2. PROMOTION DATES
a. Opening date of the promotion: Monday 1st August 2011 and closes at midnight on Wednesday the 30th November 2011.
3. ENTRY
a. Internet access required to enter into the Hairdressing Council State Registered Members promotion, salon owner participants must summit their contact details along with their Hairdressing Council State Registration number.
b. All participants must complete all actions for both 'days' of the Pre-Journey Preparation as directed in the confirmation email sent after entry to be eligible for both the free prize draw and £1,000 service giveaway.
i. Complete Day 1 of the Pre-Journey Preparation by following Nexus Revolution’s links follow, like, link or join our social network channels at Twitter, Blogger, FaceBook and YouTube.
ii. Complete Day 2 of the Pre-Journey Preparation by joining the Nexus Revolution website as a free member and accurately answering in confidence the 8 step questionnaire about at least one salon place of business
c. No purchase necessary for entry.
4. NUMBER OF ENTRIES ALLOWED
a. Only one entry per salon site owned.
5. Prizes
a. One 1st prize winner of a bottle of 750ml Laurent-Perrier Brut Champagne will be selected at random, from the database of the first 12 correctly completed entries received, and notified by email within two weeks of the closing date.
b. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the promoter within 30 days of such notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
c. The following items are also offered to the first 12 correctly completed entrants:
i. 12 months email support for 'The Journey': £295
ii. Nexus Revolution Benchmarking guide for salons and spas: £30
iii. £1 Million Pound Challenge - Custom analysis of your salon situation towards understanding what it would take for your salon to achieve £1 Million turnover: £125
iv. Free Salon Operations Manual construction valid until 30th September 2012 with each hosted license purchased : up to £550
d. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available in whole or in part and, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
e. The promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
f. The winners names and counties will be available upon request within 3 months of the closing date by sending a SAE to Nexus Revolution, Rex House, 354 Ballards Lane, North Finchley, N12 0DD, England.
6. PUBLICITY
a. Winners may be required to take part in reasonable related publicity.
7. DISCLAIMER
a. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that cannot be made or are not received or included in the draw for any reason whatsoever.
8. DATA COLLECTION
a. Nexus Revolution will use your personal details to send you brand information and details of activities that they feel will be of interest to you. Your details will not be passed to any third parties, and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time by reply.
