Formally educated in Civil and Mechanical Engineering, Wayne successfully married his strong ability to simplify systems into his love for improving the lot of others after dedicating 5 years in the Management of an Island Resort where he was responsible for developing efficiencies in the operational procedures of each department, with a focus on positive client experience and rewarding staff roles.
From 2001 Wayne has worked alongside both Salon Owners and leading Salon Software providers to tie together the aims and desires of Business Owners with the power of ever developing technologies to unlock and utilise easy to do and repeatable, best practices for an all encompassing approach to Total Salon Management.
Wayne understands that it is the culmination of every little thing that salons and their teams say, sell and do, that makes the difference to both the client experience and ultimately the bottom line concerning profit.
Ryan Fox
Business Development Manager
Management, training and consulting experience gained in a variety of business environments, including 10 years working as a management consultant to the Hair & Beauty Industry, make Ryan Fox a unique expert in the field of business & personal development.
Educated in Business, Ryan has worked in Sales, Customer Service and as a Business Consultant for both Coca-Cola and in the financial sector. He also has experience in the creative industry with Getty Images and as a business coach and trainer with Wella UK for 6 years. Ryan understands what drives the creative process and how to combine this with sound management to create a profitable salon business.
Ryan's journey to date started when as a student he imagined his dream job, combining his love of business with improving how people look and feel. He now heads Umbrella Training & Consulting and is Business Development Manager for Nexus Revolution in the UK.
